1. Agreement to these terms

By installing, accessing, or using Wavvy Radio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it. These terms are between you and the Wavvy Radio app owner, and are in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service that govern your download.

2. What Wavvy Radio does — and what it does not do

Wavvy Radio is a player for publicly listed internet radio streams. Station metadata comes from the community-maintained Radio-Browser.info directory, and audio is streamed directly from each broadcaster. Wavvy Radio does not host, own, curate, license, or control any station or its content, and it does not record, download, or rebroadcast audio.

The app requires an internet connection. Core features — browsing, search, favorites, background playback, and QR sharing of your own favorites — are available to everyone with no account and no purchase.

3. No account required

Wavvy Radio has no sign-up, login, subscription, or paywall. All functionality is available without restrictions or credentials.

4. Third-party content

The station directory itself is provided by Radio-Browser.info, a community-maintained third-party service. Wavvy Radio does not own or control the directory or the stations listed in it. Because the app only accepts https streams, the stations you see are a subset of the full directory.

Programming, advertising, availability, and legality of any station are controlled by the broadcaster and other third parties. We cannot guarantee uptime, metadata accuracy, geographic availability, or the suitability of any stream, and your listening may also be subject to the broadcaster's terms and your local laws. If a station is broken or objectionable, please report it to [email protected] so it can be suppressed.

5. Acceptable use

• Use Wavvy Radio for personal, non-commercial listening.
• Do not capture, redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell streams unless the broadcaster or applicable law permits it.
• Do not disrupt the app, station services, or the ad system through excessive requests, automation, reverse engineering, or tampering.
• Do not use the sharing features to distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Do not use the app in a way that violates the Google Play Developer Program Policies or any applicable law.

6. Your data and favorites

Favorites, favorite countries, and playback preferences are stored locally on your device unless you export or share them via QR or file transfer. You are responsible for anything you choose to share. How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

Wavvy Radio is free and supported by advertising served through Google Ads, including a banner and clearly labelled sponsored rows in station lists. You may not block, spoof, automate, or artificially manipulate ad impressions or clicks in a way that violates ad provider policies or applicable law.

8. Availability and changes

Wavvy Radio is provided as-is and as-available. Features, station coverage, and availability may change at any time, and updates may be required for continued functionality. We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version and material changes will be noted in the Google Play release notes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Wavvy Radio or from third-party stream content. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.

10. Termination

You may stop using Wavvy Radio at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or any feature, subject to Google Play's policies.
